A 56 y/o Caucasian male is brought to ER with chest pain, diaphoresis, and lightheadness. The symptom started hr ago. ECG shows ST segment elevation in leads II, III and aVF. If not reversed quickly, the cell injury in this pt would most likely result in:

A. Coagulative necrosis
B. Liquefactive necrosis
C. Fibrinoid necrosis
D. Caseous necrosis
E.Enzymatic fat necrosis
F.Cell apoptosis

I think A and F. Is it correct answer?
