How useful are kaplan videos for step one ?
Is it enough to thoroughly do first aid, uworld for Usmle step one because kaplan takes a lot of time ?

If you have good basics foundations. You can do it.
I needed to watch many of kaplan videos since I am an old Graduate IMG.
So, I Suggest trying to do FA reading for example Bioch. and do Uworld about that topic. If after that you feel like you don't understant anything.. you should watch them.
Kaplan should only be used for those weak in foundations of basic sciences. They tend to be very long and contain lots of low yield. I believe they are good for Physiology portions
