1.The qid.15355 on uworld. The picture shows tubular cells without any nuclei in the upper center regions. Isnt this normally a finding in tubulointerstitial nephritis?

2. Q id 11040: If the sensory fibres from the bladder(S234) are affected, wont the perineal sensations be affected as well, making option c also a possibility?
