Hello guys! I failed my NCLEX-RN last July and I'm planning to take PN this time. But my problem is i only have reviewers for NCLEX-RN. Can I still use those? Thank you very much!

i sugest , buy the NCLEX PN , the question are the type of question that you will see on the board, because the RN questions are more complex and you don't need that, i pass the nclex pn first time using only the Pn questions , just read carefully the rationals, and try to do 2 times the bank ,all the questions 2 times , the right answers and the wrong and you will be fine , also take notes and read it , it will help you a lot , the most important in UWORLD are the rationals , they are very good good luck.
