I passed my NCLEX RN with just 75 questions on Tuesday . I used UWORLD on a daily basis for 2.5 months. Took my time to finish the question bank. Would do about 50 questions but no more than that, a day making sure to read and understand the rationales. The rationale are very detailed but worth every minute reading and understanding it. Take your time to do the question bank. Don't rush it. Don't give up when your scores are low. It's good to get a high score but don't let that be a determinant of how well you will do. My scores weren't always consistent depending on subject area and i was ok with that. I was here to re-learn things and not to beat the computer so. Lacharity 'prioritization delegation and assignment' book also helped me a lot. Good luck guys. You can do it.
