I used only UWorld to study and got all 265 questions on the NCLEX.
I completed all of the question bank and have an overall of 58% and the 68th Percentile. I completed both self assessment exams and got "high" for the first one and "very high" for the second one.
I was feeling discouraged through the entire test since it went all the way through. I would suggest doing 75-100 questions per day and really focus on rationales. A few days before the exam try to redo your incorrect questions.
