NCLEX anxiety

Hi,
My nclex date is 2/28 and I'm literally on the verge of having an anxiety attack. Ive been studying 10+ hours a day on the week ends and 4-6 on the weekdays but I work 6-2 and getting very little sleep (3-5 hours). Ive changed my date about 6 times (20 mins after I picked the date and time I changed it and lost it and now I reallly regret it because it was perfect).
The first exam assessment said I had an 81% chance
ATI says I have a 97% chance (Dec 2017)
My school advisor doesn't think thats good enough and wants me to push it out another 2 weeks but the dates are pretty much out for 3 weeks.
I guess my question is should I change my date again? I really don't want to loose this date but I don't want to fail. Im getting between mid 50s and mid 60s on the quizzes and I'm at 48th percentile (there are a few test I didn't finish which does affect the percentile)
I also have kaplan (which is actually doing more harm than good), hurst, Saunders, mark k., 2 school advisors ect.
I'm already taking a class for my bsn and alot of the girls said it wasn't as bad they thought it was going to be and that I'm psyching myself out.
