I hope this is in the correct place - I didn't see a forum dedicated directly to technical issues.

Has anyone had an issue where they can log into the site with their email ID and passcode but not the client after it is downloaded, with the same ID and password?

- I just downloaded it today, and had the problem.
- I did check the FAQ, and there is no mention of this specific issue.
- I did contact UW support, but I planned to work the entire day on this so I figured I'd check here in case there was an easy fix so I don't have to wait potentially days to for a response. I know the office opens at 9am EST tomorrow, but sometimes correspondence can be slow.
- Due to this issue, I changed my password a couple times, and each time, I can log into the site, not the client.

Thoughts?
