Well I have to say my test was not the 75 questions you see everyone talking about. I had all 265 questions and just thought I had failed. I found out the next day I passed. I have to say Uworld did prepare me for what the test looks like and the things that I needed to brush up on . I would say study Uworld and saunders. I did finish my test in 3 hours.
