I took the Nclex this morning. I completely understand why people say not to worry about percentages now on Uworld. Even though I wasn't doing horrible on here, first assessment I got 64% in the 74th percentile and second assessment 68% in 86th percentile. And on the practice questions I was ranked around 80th percentile throughout. I literally used Uworld for a week because I am a procrastinator with studying. That being said I ONLY used Uworld. My advice like everyone else's is to focus on rationales!!!! There were so many things I had never even heard of throughout my whole 2 years of nursing or on Uworld, but through process of elimination like the rationales teach you that is what helped me!
