I just took the NCLEX and passed in 75 questions!!! I had both the Hurst and UWorld programs to study for the NCLEX. UWorld is by far the better program to prepare you for the NCLEX - it is superior to Hurst. The rationales are excellent and the Q-bank is spot on. Many of the questions on the NCLEX are similar to those presented in UWorld. I highly recommend this program to anyone planning to take the NCLEX. I did all of the Q-bank questions and both assessments and felt that it really prepared me. The tests are set up just like the NCLEX and the familiarity helps ease the nerves a bit. Buy UWorld, do the test bank, do the assessments - you won't be sorry.
