I took first NCLEX PN in June of 2018. Failed it with 115 questions. Everything was near passing except pharm. Took it again and failed it with 85 questions....exceeding in pharm and the rest of topics were worse than before. I used ATI and some Saunders online questions from the book. I am not sure if I panicked or what. But I purchased UWorld and for anybody who has retaken the test....is that all you studied or more? I am so confused what to study now.
