HI GUYS
I have a question about ECFMG form 186 renewal.

If my certification of identification form(Form 186) is expired ,so for renewal do we have to again send it to the medical school or can we get just notarized here in the US and send it back to ECFMG? because I'm in the US and I'm no longer in my home country.

Since my credentials were previously verified ,so for renewal just notarization by an official is sufficient
