I have completed giving a first read of Kaplan videos, Kaplan notes and Kaplan Q bank of every subject. I didn't find any problem doing Kaplan Q bank or UWorld Qbank where the questions were specific to that subject. Upon giving NBME self assessment Form 7, I felt 50% of the questions were very difficult to even analyze as all the questions were inter-linked between subjects especially to Neurology (which I was not so well prepared). I plan to give to good read of First aid and complete Uworld q bank as my next steps. Is there any thing else that I am missing that I need to do along with these?

I am having the same problem. Practice mixed timed questions on Qbanks. Yoour score will dip but that's the way to do it.
