Hi doctors
I just started studying usmle step one and I have few questions for you
I depend on first aid and usmle. QBank questions only is this enough or I need also Kaplan series , videos and other mcq bank sources ?

When I study i memorise all
The subject and understand it then I solve
the qbank and it take long time to memorise the content . is this way of study right or I have to just read and take whole idea and then solve the q bank then i focus on data mentioned in the mcqs
