Need advice for step 1

hello im an IMG studying for step1 and so far I've done DIT, pathoma videos, uworld bank.
im still not getting good scores on nbme... and not feeling confident
any advice?

did you do NBME? if yes what number do you recommend or in what order?

I did not do NBME. The reason was I did so well in my last UWorld simulation exam I decided not to try another exam because if it went wrong I could have lost a lot of confidence, which is essential for your preparation.
