I would like to know if the 7 day free trial is still available for use or do I need to purchase it now?

Yes, it's still available. Connect with Uworld in their facebook account. Once you have joined the group, in the right side portion of their FB account you can find a link there for the 7 days free trialCool, Happy studying=)
