I have comprehensive NBME for step 1 which I am taking at Prometric center. I would like to know, would FA will be enough for comprehensive NBME step 1.

Have you taken any online of the online NBME exams available on the NBME site? In my opinion, it depends on how good your basic sciences are. If you know your concepts well, FA and Uworld should be enough, I would add DIT as well.
I am currently studying for the NBME Comprehensive myself.
