I would appreciate some advice on how to go about the questions that are not priority or SATA but that are asking about a specific procedure or disease and want to know what instructions would you give the client... but you have no idea what the disease or procedure in question is! Is there a strategy to tackling those types of questions that someone has gathered while doing uworld?

Often times reading the stem again you will find some sort of clue, that you probably missed the first time reading and got caught up with the disease you had no idea about. If you still do not know, then the best thing to do is use general knowledge and common sense. Go into the answer choices and find patterns: tips include: least invasive, avoid extremes if it does not apply ( must, every, all, etc) and consider using general " umbrella" knowledge. Always eliminate answers do not just go picking nilly willy, at least narrow it down to two. After that pick the SAFEST, LEAST INVASIVE, APPROPRIATE, BEST, ONE AND DONE- ( meaning this is the ONLY one you would pick versus the rest), a HERE AND NOW answer- meaning not about the past but current.
