Live SP needed(beginner)-Texas,Houston(Sugarland)

I am looking for a serious dedicated live SP willing to commit at least 12 hours studying.I am planning to take Step 1 mid November and NEED to score 260.
I am technically just starting to study.Plan to run through FA and Uworld at least 2 twice
