Yes, new questions are always being added to the MCAT Qbank. Sometimes they are submitted in large batches, other times they are submitted in smaller ones. The key thing is having an active subscription, which will let you see the new questions. These new questions will show up as an increase in the number of "unused" questions in each section.
For example, we just added 12 new CARS questions, so you if you have already done all the CARS questions, you will see 12 new unused questions in that section the next time you login instead of 0. Unfortunately, we can't provide numbers per subject or per section as there is a great diversity of questions being added all the time in multiple subjects to cover multiple topics. Hope this helps!

Do you guys send out emails or any type of notifications when questions are added? I wasn't notified, only happened to notice my CARS questions went up.

At this moment, there are no notification emails. You will only see the number of "Unused" questions increase, which signifies that we have added more content for you to practice. This is an ongoing process that happens on a daily basis, so it would be difficult to send e-mails for every subject to every user based on upload frequency. I hope this helps. Thanks!
