what percentage should be a normal first pass on uworld?

how to balance studying first aid and uworld? i.e: how to divide the hours in between them?

is it possible to reset my bank after renewing it for 90 days?

and lastly, second pass should be preferably mistakes only or the whole thing random untimed?
