"UNABLE TO LAUNCH THE APPLICATION"

I recently had this sign in my computer (MacBook Air) when I was opening the Step 3 Qbank. I did everything recommended by the website, and any other online suggestions, deleted the app, clean the cache, updated the Java, deleted the Java files, selected the direct connection on Java preferences, and still nothing. Any suggestions, time is clicking, no studying, and money wasted. Any suggestions, please...
