can someone please tel me what i am doing wrong.
renal cell carcinoma case.
i order nephrology consult.
it comes no explicit measures recommended. proceed with medical t/t.
(in all the consults in all the cases, comes like this!!!)
after that when i order nephrectomy, it comes continu, i do pre op orders and nephrectomy i done.
but what is wrong with the consult thing???

consults are like that..they will not tell u anything about management but u have to write that if required
