Please help...exam in 2 days!!

I'm freaking out about my exam....i took the NBME 4 ten days ago and scored 440...so i worked on my weak areas and did NBME 3 tonight...i got 420...should I postpone my exam it's on friday?

Its a 196 at usmle ...my advice is to postpone............... but its always up to you my friend......
