Could anyone please tell me the difference between MCQs in day 1 versus day 2?

Day 1 MCQs are very difficult. there are drug ads and abstracts in every block. 47 to 48 items in each block and total 7 blocks.
But Day 2 quizzes are Very easy.... 36 items x 4 blocks
