Please I need some clarification.

CS results due to come out next wk 6/18/2014. I hope I pass by the Grace of God, Amin.

How long will ECFMG certification process take to arrive so that I can register for step 3 before the cut off application dateline for the current exam version 7/18/2014.

I really want to take step 3 before the newer exam version come out in November 2014.

Am also applying for match this year, so I want to include my step 3 exam scores to boost my chances of matching. Have a couple of attempts.

Lets say I was able to meet the appl dateline 7/18, and am approve and I take it end of July or by mid august latest. Will my scores be back before residency applications open sept 15th 2014?
