Hello all!
I am unable to use my subscription for some reason- when I try to run the java qbank software, I get the "Failed to validate certificate. The application will not be executed". Tried it on Chrome, Firefox, IE11 (yes, I took the security risk to boot up that piece of crap as well). Nothing. I am unable to get it to work, fiddled with java security settings, added uworld.com/launchqbank.aspx, still nothing.

I guess expecting thins to just work is unreasonable.
Anyone kind enough to help out? I don't know what to do to be honest, next stage is to get me a refund and go with the competition. I don't have the physical time to muck around with my computer (it's a brand new clean installation of win7 too), I expect things to just work (like they did with Kaplan and usmlerx).
