Hi I read that the DSM IV criteria for depression and normal bereavement are changed with DSM IV! Does it mean that if we have a depressed patient for more than 2 weeks with recent loss of a dear-one we can't write "normal bereavement" anymore in the diff.diagnosis anymore? I guess so, but I want to be sure!
