Passed Step3/ Observership in Phila
First, thanks to all blogers and UWorld creators! I am an "old" IMG with pathology background. Couldn't find a residency position for 4 years.
FMG!! You must pass Step 3 before MATCH or otherwise nobody will look at your papers. I used USMLE questions and cases (very important!) twice... and recieved my results: MCQ UWorld was about 70-75%. Real exam - 89/217 or something. I don't remenber already. I passed Step 3 in May and found position in June already (don't ask).
Also I have an information for IMG about observership in IM, South Philadelphia. I've had one month observership in IM office with LOR at the end. They DO NOT provide visa. If you have Qs send them to my email.

What study tools besides UW questions banks did you use? Also, did you score score 70-75% on MCQ UWorld first time, timed, unused question?

hey I have passed step 3 and also have LOR from Im OBSERVERSHIP BUT STILL COULD NOT GET A SPOT. WILL YOU PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW TO WORK FOR THAT.
