Hi, so I notice in the explanations of cases it says that we should set up a follow up appointment in "monitoring".

Ex: Fibroadenoma of breast case... at the end (2 min screen) we should set up a follow up appointment in 6 months... but what should I type in the orders so I can just do a regular follow up/physical exam (not tests) for these situations?
