If anyone can assist me with learning how to understand UWorld as in keywords and how to understand it. please assist.

Start as really as you can and practices Qs. I do 2 blocks each day timed in one set and then I review my answers and read explanation. Well, I don't know about you but when I started was not doing well then I started to get better. I focus more on the Qs that I answered them wrong and see why did I miss this or that question. Is that knowledge mistake or concentration mistakes. I wish that answered your question.
