Hi, I am planning to start my step 3 preparation after sept.1 and to give exam in 2010....Now If I apply for step 3 before this 3rd sept.,then my 3 months exam block will start soon..I am not sure whether I will be able to finish reading for step 3 within that block period, so can I extend block period without any problems,if I cant be ready for exam? nd How much time needed to prepare for step 3..My step 1 nd ck scores were around 95,just to give an idea about me..
pls reply as soon as possible..

Your permit will start from the day your application is approved.

Most of the people I know spent about 3.5 months to prepare well. You can apply for an extension, but no one knows how difficult it would be. I don't think it would be difficult to get an extension if you needed one though.

You obviously have good step scores, I'm sure you will be alright. Just work hard!
