I am having a question please. I had a recommendation letter couple of years ago from USA and all other recommendation letters is from my home country. Now, i would like to send the doctor and ask if he can send it as waived or better upload it myself as unwaived?.
Other thing how the process occurs? After choosing the author> waived> then confirm, what will happen later?.
