I just got my Step 1 score.. I pass and I am going to prepare for the step today!!!
I am not sure which is the most reliable QBank.

If you are trying for high scores like 240+, i would recommend
Kaplan step2ck +UWORLD + MTB-2 FOR IM AND PSYCH, MTB-3 FOR PEDS,SURGERY,OBGY
