URGENT: HELP Exam is 1 week
I'm confused, I averaged 72% on UW, took UWSA got a 650/248.
Took an NBME today and got a 310, which is a failing grade.
I wonder how is that possible, after studying so hard...
I'm also planning to work really hard on CCS.
Advice please

The question to yourself is simple. Do you feel ready to do well on the test? If that answer isn't immediately a yes then postpone it. No one needs to know it, and no one can know it but you. No shame in putting it off and getting stronger results.
Which NBME did you take? Number 2 is fairly hard and not a good predictor of how you ll do on the actual exam. Like TeMc said it is how you actually feel. Do not let that one failure deter you.

I took form 1, that is the thing... I felt pretty confident until I got this surprise, I pushed my exam another 6 weeks just to be on the safe side.
I have the same problem. I took UWSA got 540.
When I took NMBE form 1 I got 370.

I read from other blogs that NBME especially (form 2) for STEP 3 is not a very good predictor on how well you will do on the real exam... It shattered the confidence I had for this exam, so had to push it. I'm giving myself another 4 weeks to review other Q banks review my notes thoroughly, also work very hard on CSS and go get it over with!!!
One of the earlier blogger said that it is not an easy exam especially the multiple choice portion of it, but to try to maximize your points on CSS, that where most people who pass this exam tend to do well.
