So, I could not take my exam on that date, and my triad also expired. The email says to contact the Prometric Center, which I did, and they told me to contact NBME. Although I have dropped an email to them, I am not sure when they will reply or how long it will take.
I could really use some help if anyone has any idea how long the process takes.
