Homework Help Center gone??
I can't seem to find the homework help center. Did Roger get rid of it? If so, this is unacceptable, you advertised it, I paid for it.
I'm having the same issue. I looked everywhere. How are we supposed to get help on questions that don't make sense if there is no where to ask and see responses from others who already asked?

I emailed them. It's gone, although they said the "feature was adjusted". Truth is, it's gone. They want us to search for the answer and if it's not there to leave "feedback". If a certain subject gets enough people asking about it, they'll post an answer. Super inconvenient and pretty ridiculous that they downgraded a service we already paid for.
Here's the email they sent to me:
The feature has been adjusted. Now instead of the legacy HHC there is the Study Hub. You can still search questions by the QID. It is a knowledge base of 6,000 + answered posts. Kindly try the feature out before deciding that it is not of benefit. All the Study Hub answers have been written by licensed CPAs. Additionally if you don’t see the answer you’re looking for you can use the in course feedback widget to submit content related feedback/questions. This feedback is combed regularly by our team of CPAs and areas that cause confusion are addressed in additional study hub posts.
That really sucks. I really like Roger's teaching and books and Questions. But i need to find another way to pass this if i can't understand something. It looks to me that we are talking to a computer and not a person.

It's definitely a person I've been emailing. Yesterday they offered to switch me back to the old platform. If you complain enough, maybe they will offer the same.
I found some random Study Hub full of generic and broad CPA exam questions. I can't search by the specific test question I'm struggling to figure out. This sucks.
Agreed. Hopefully someone at Roger is reading these and brings back the Homework Help Center and the other things that made Roger a superior course. I also hope they bring back the ability to take a combination of MCQ and TBS instead of either / or. You may also notice there is no longer the ability to take full practice exams with the right sequence of timing, MCQ, and TBS to mimic the actual exam day. I bought the full package starting with my first exam two months ago because I liked what the Roger site was then; I'm not sure what this nonsense I have now is. If they fix it, that would be great, however I certainly can't recommend it to any other exam takers in the current state. Sad!
I sent feedback on that since I couldn't find the Homework help. That was a great feature when the explanation given was not enough.
In addition to the homework help center, are the general smartquizzes for each lecture no longer a thing? I can't seem to find it no matter where I look

I JUST upgraded. And I just started the AUD review. But I rely, tremendously, on the Homework Help question feature which I used for the FAR exam with positive results. So, if I don't have this feature I have no choice but to go back to Becker review. The only reason why I changed was because I found Roger to be a little more fun than Becker. Otherwise, Becker offers a lot of help and is very detailed.
Now I am stuck. And I plan to sit in Dec for AUD.
This U world not helpful at all.......its regressive. The homework help center was 10,000 times superior to this U world thing...U world is not even accounting nor finance related. bizarre.
