Hi my name is wdmi , I'm an old Img , living in Canada with family , I choose to pass the USMLE step 2 ck , instead of the Canadian CMCQE or EECMC , I tried and failed the step 2 ck one month ago ( after preparing Kaplan lecture notes 2008-2009 and First aid series ) , another attempt in 3 months , can you help me about reviews or notes ,or may be Toronto Notes are a good one ,and by the way is there a difference between the Canadian and the US exam.
