what is the best study material for step 3 ?

Get an MTB 3 and start IM in it.. Complete it as soon as you can because you dont gain much from that other than basic little building blocks to answer questions. Start UW Qbank as soon as you can. Its the main deal.

For the CCS, GET ARCHER VIDEOS!! They ll really give you a perspective of the CCS.
