I haven't sat for step 3 yet and am getting so discouraged in my studies since starting UWorld; I was scoring high using Kaplan and now I wonder about my readiness since studying with UWorld. Some of the questions are way out there and beyond what I think we need and I also noticed that some of the question wording is from the UK and others questions list drugs that are discontinued in the USA. Has anyone else noticed the grand difference in question content and what do you think? Anyone pass step 3 just using world?
