I had some qs on some on the cases on Uworld ccs cases:

1.On the DUB case: In mgt they put to do papsmear.....but patient is only 16 years old. Do we do the pap in this case?

2. On renal cell carcinoma case, pts hemoglobin is only 9. I tried to give PRBC but there was no improvement. Q is that shouldnt the patient be transfused and have a higher hb prior to nephrectomy for the cancer.

3. Why is ultrasound of the appendix done prior to ct abdomen and why is it suboptimal to do ctabdomen before ultrasound.

This was extremely useful.
