iam doing uworld random and mixed question getting 79 percentage
have completed 80% questions can any body tell me correlation to real scores

you can't guess your score like that. you need to buy an NBME online and see what you get.

then your an say you'll be within 6 points of your exam. so if you get a 200 on your nbme.

you'll either get a 206 or 194. i highly suggest you take and NBME from www.nbme.org as soon as possible.
