I am planning to apply for step 3 but there are so many states in usa... Which state should i apply for?? And does it make any difference to which state i apply....
Can i apply for one state and can i give exams in some other??
These are probably stupid questions But i would be happy if somebody knows the answer for these...

Step 3 is being restructured. As a result, Sept is the last month to take it under the current format, and deadline to sign up is July 18, 2014. October NO STEP 3 will be offered. The new test will begin in November, however they don't expect results to be reported until APRIL 2015 (yes, that is 2015). Decide, and decide quickly and fast.

you should apply bf july 18, the test end by sep 30.
