I just took step 3 and I'm starting to panic because I am thinking about how I put the final diagnosis in on the CSS. On a few of them I put stuff like:

New onset HTN making the diagnosis of Metabolic syndrome
Fetal demise with subsequent PID

Is the system going to recognize this or am I in real trouble?
