campylobacter & unpasteurized milk

I learned from a lecture that we shouldn't pick campylobacter when the question states that the person consumed unpasteurized milk. Instead we should choose Yersinia if it is in the answer choices. The only time C.jejuni is relevant is when poultry is in the question. So can someone clarify if campylobacter could still be a cause of infection if the person consumes unpasteurized milk.
