Studying over a year and not improving UWorld

Hi, I'm writing in the middle of real desperation.
I'm IMG, been studying for over a year for Step 1. I already watched the Kaplan videos once, read kaplan notes twice and First Aid once and doing second reading as I review the UW answers. Currently I'm on 77% of UW but I see I'm not improving at all, it seems I just can't bypass 48%. Sometimes I score up to 61% but then down again to 41-48%. My test is approximately 1 month and a half ahead. I would like to get +230.
I need some advice from all of you, what to do next? read again FA or keep doing questions?
My scores are low in almost everything but mostly Biochem and pharmacology.
I also think I'm not the only one who feels frustrated about this

Thanks,
Natalie
