On page 86 of MTB 2 (second edition) says" Look for pregnancy and immigrant in the history as a clue to answering: What is the most likely diagnosis?" At the bottom there is the explanation of this issue. My question is if pregnancy alone can causes M.S. or pregnancy plus immigrant (Rheumatic fever history)?
