NEED severe help with a case question

65 yr old women presents with unilateral bloody nipple discharge. mammogram is negative. No other symptoms.

What is most likely diagnosis?

A) Intraductal papilloma
B) Carcinoma
C) Ductal ectasia
D)Paget's Disease

I know it's either A or B, but the negative mammogram, the bloody nipple discharge and the age really screw with my head a lot.

Its A, bloody nipple discharge is always due to intraductal papilloma. That's only clue you will get in a question.

But doesn't the chance of malignancy increase with age, especially in elderly patients?

Thank you very much for your answer. Really appreciate it.

What about if there is a pt. with unilateral renal artery stenosis? Would you treat the patient with medication or do surgery with angioplasty?
