Which state to to apply at for step 3
Hi,
I am in IMG, ECFMG certified and planning to apply for the 2011 match. I am planning to apply for step 3 before the residency and I understood that I should apply to a state which does not require post graduate training. The problem is which state should I choose given the fact that I still dnt know exactly which state will I get accepted at during the match. Will it differ if I applied for step 3 at one state and do my residency at another state?

it doesn't matter wher u r going to do ur residency..u can apply to any state for step 3..apply through connecticut state as it doesn't require post graduate training...for more such states, check fsmb.org
